There is always something special going on at the Dallas Farmers Market. From cooking classes to workshops to annual festivals, there are events to suit every taste. And you can even stage your own event at the Market!
Chef's Cooking classes, sponsored by the Dallas Farmers Market, the Dallas Farmers Market Friends, and the local chapter of the American Institute of Wine and Food feature renowned local chefs, exploring new ways of preparing the fresh foods available at the Market. These classes are held on Saturdays in the Multi-Purpose Room in the Resource Building. Register for a class or call 214-653-8088 for more information.
Highlights of the annual Dallas Farmers Market event calendar are the fun-filled Farm and Flower Festival in the spring and the Pumpkin Festival in the fall, with a host of special activities celebrating the beginning of the growing season and the fall harvest.
